@@tdofducksplays not always... sometimes, the tank, that shot at you and set you on fire, gets killed by a teammate. Or, when you get shot, only your fuel tank receives damage and burns..
Then you can escape and possibly could reload another fire extinguisher just like ammo. To make it balanced, you could only be able to reload one, just like the crew member...

Vt1's are decent missiles, the problem is that Tor and pantsir missiles are way better and therefore set a higher standard. The nations which really need better AA's are Japan, Italy and Israel.
