The one time I got to see Type O was on this tour (life is killing me) and I was lucky enough to be in the front row between Peter and Kenny, in all of their scrub wearing glory, and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. A small club, Slim's in San Francisco and it was the perfect ambience and atmosphere to see Type O at the height of their powers! For those that don't know, I urge you to seek out DEAD AGAIN, their final album, not on roadrunner, that is still not available for digital download but you can find it if you search. RIP PETER! Also Kenny has a new band SILVERTOMB which is excellent. Shane you should check out and react to their excellent song/video SO TRUE - SILVERTOMB. Peace!

I’m a bit late to this one, but I love watching the reactions and reading the comments. One of the only bands I’ve seen where in the comments most people have a story to tell as opposed to “check out ……”.
I love Type O, I first saw them at the end of the Life is Killing Me tour, I met Johnny Kelly once. I have a guitar pick from Kenny and one of Pete’s bass strings.

I love this band! The first time I saw them I didn't even have a clue who they were. They were opening up for Motley Corabi . They were already on the stage when I walked into the theater. This was an old Gothic theater with sculptures on the wall and curtains draped everywhere. The perfect place for a band like Typo to play. The sound of their music suck me in like the Pied Piper leading the children away from their parents. It was so freaking awesome! There were tumbleweeds rolling around on the stage and Peter had that bottle of wine on a stool next to him. At the time Motley Crue was my favorite band. But I remember thinking to myself..."Damn, this is the best thing I've ever seen. Who are these guys?" One of the most unique sounding bands to ever hit the stage. 🤟😊

Rest in peace, Peter! 🤘⭐ OMG....I haven't seen or heard this for years! Still a great jam - who doesn't feel that way at any point in their lives??? I have never seen The Walking Dead, however, I do know actor Dan Fogler as "Uncle Marvin" on The Goldbergs! I believe he has done a lot of voice work in a variety of animated movies and series as well....

I have seen TON twice. The first time was in 1994 opening for Motley Crue with King's X. I was there for King's X...they are my favorite band. TON was playing during daylight and they sounded kind of off. I think they had a problem with the sun. Vampires should not be out during the day.
My favorite time I saw them was at Trees in Dallas in 2003. I was doing shots of Crown with Vinnie Paul at the bar digging the full on Goth chicks that had each other on leashes. I didn't know Dime was there until they did "Black # 1" and he got up to sing with Kenny. I wanted to see him jumping for Peter's mic, but alas... LOL

You have to check out Peters previous band Carnivore. Great old school thrash/hardcore (crossover) from Brooklyn New York. They had a huge impact on the later metal and hardcore scene. Their most played song on spotify is "Male Supremacy".

Oh yeah I know Carnivore I had that album Retaliation, different than Type O but pretty damn good, I also saw some reunion footage of the band sometime after TON success..
