You say crit resist, armor pen and block pen were removed from challenge rating. Why? They were removed as base stats from all champions in 12.0.1 (the patch to mitigate the difficulty/damage increase from 12.0) after they were added as base stats for all champions in 12.0. But tmk these stats are still subject to challenge rating. The post defining what challenge rating affects was written well after 12.0.1, (closer to 14.0) Suggesting they were still subject well after 12.0.1.

I was referring to them being removed from base stats, because there's a massive difference between Mysterio and a few others gaining block pen as they get ranked and literally every champion doing so. But I definitely should've worded that better. Especially these days, they're definitely more like energy of physical resistance than anything. I'll pin this for clarity.
