This is probably the 15 tutorial I've watched on this tonight and only the first one that looked correct. THANK YOU! Thanks for taking the time to make it and point out the different nuances of the move. I appreciate it.
That's a hard question to answer. I'd say it depends on if it's pain, or discomfort you're feeling. Experiencing a little discomfort after an exercise is quite normal as the body adapts. Particularly if you're hitting new areas of the body via new pathways and movements. There's a fairly complex nerve branch that attaches to the dorsal scapular nerve which could be aggravated if you're not careful. Pay attention to the location and type of pain. Is it muscular, or nerve? If muscular, I'd (Yani) say that's quite normal. Nerve, not so much. We always suggest seeing a professional physiotherapist if you're still unsure.
Unity Gym I'm going to be getting a 10 level fusion in my thoracic and lumbar area. Will I be able to do a planche one day after recovery. I have scoliosis now. I see that thoracic extension and think I probably won't be able to do that after
Haney GuitarInstruction I had pretty bad scoliosis and it's often correctable through exercise. I highly recommend you look into Functional Range Conditioning before getting any surgery

My left ear enjoyed this
been struggling with the form on these but after watching a dozen unhelpful videos this one was really showcased what to do quite nicely
Awesome to hear! Glad we could have helped. Let us know if you there are any other movements you'd like help with.
Thank you so much for this post!
You're welcome Sanfona. Thank you for the support.
Should I keep my scapula protracted during the move?
I need a video for the planche lean I keep on sticking my butt and back to high
Is it common to have pain near scapula a day after doing psuedo planche pushups?

Turn the music off man. What if I want to play my own shit?
Thanks for the support Nav.
Most viewers tend to like the sound the way it is, but I will take your feedback into consideration.
