      I can do this without the stick even and full 360, u need super flexible tendons, this movement can dislocate the shoulder and it will hurt, for people who do not have hyperlaxity train it slowly!

    The external rotation shown at 4:50 should be included in all videos about pushup/bench press, and pull-up.. it's usually not that obvious!
    "Bend the bar" at bench-press, for example, isn't said enough.
    You see it at push-ups, when done correctly, in that the biceps looks to be more at the front of the arm, and not pointing inwards.

    • @xavierramirez6183
      @xavierramirez6183 3 года назад

      Yes and also you will know that you externally rotate your shoulder if your elbows are close to your body so that makes sense when someone demonstrates perfect form push ups

    Hi guys @Calisthenicmovement
    I've been doing an active warmup routine for a little while now and I would just like to hear what you think of it.
    You use some rubber band w./w.o. handle then choose a reasonable distance, then swing your arms up and down - side to side with body rotations and maybe doing squat positions too.
    This does also include the little movement you show on your knees.
