It's actually a really simple explanation.
It's confirmed that when a jinchuriki has a child that child gets a small portion of the tailed beasts chakra that's why Naruto has those whisker markings. Himawari is an interesting case though. She is not only the child of a junchuriki but the grandchild if one is well meaning that she probably inherited more of kurama's chakra than Naruto did at birth. On top of that she has a bit of Haguromo and Hamura's chakra as well so basically it's the perfect storm of circumstance.
Actually, if you really think about it, it makes total sense because she has all her chakra intact. What borutos is corrupted because of the curse? Mark, which makes her the biggest source of nine tails chakra in the world right now because Naruto is not there

It doesn't make sense at all. Naruto has whiskers because he literally shared Kushina's body with Kurama (since she was pregnant with Naruto and was also a jinchuriki) and that way the chakra would leak every now and then... With Himawari, Naruto is not the one that was pregnant so this doesn't make sense unless Kurama's chakra can also get transferred via sperms as well.

More like she has the potential to be a better Jinchuriki than Naruto, being that she is a third generation Jinchuriki conceived while one of her parents were a jinchuriki causing exposure to the biju chakra to influence them from the very first second of their existence (why Naruto has Fox whiskers). Her Hyuga blood, especially empowered and infused by Hamura's charka, bloodline combined with Naruto's Senju (hagoromo) chakra means Boruto and Himawara are genetically a lot closer to Kaguya than anyone else outside of Kaguya's children and grandchildren most likely. That is what makes Boruto and Himawari truly special.
It also means if Boruto and Sarada have a kid that kid would genetically be the same as Hagaromo and could unlock Rinnegan naturally without all the extra crazy steps

1-3 Since they gave naruto all their nine tails chakra it would mean that his children would naturally gain some of his chakra. An example of this is how naruto gained whiskers as a baby from being born from his mom a jinchuriki which passed to his own kids.
4) Chakra like energy cannot be destroyed only dispersed.
5) Where do babies come from before they enter the womb?

Its a plot hole kurama's full chakra was used in bryan mode. and there was no charka left so how can he come back to life ?
1.Tail beast are chakra from nature they will always come back they just don’t know when
2. Tail beast chakra is exchanged when “making of kids” so boruto and Himawari most likely both got some but boruto dna basically got rewritten when getting karma mark so that leaves his sister
3. I believe the nine tails fox says “do you know who I am” and something about finally being found so probably karuma is very weak and not happy

An alternative is to plant the chakra tree and wait for it to accumulate a ridiculous amount of power and then eat it but again only Otsutsuki can do that. So no.

I'm glad Boruto wasn't the next Kurama Jinchuuriki. He was bound to walk the Sasuke route, so it made sense for Boruto to have a Dojutsu (Ocular Jutsu) and a cursed power up/transformed state, while Himawari got the Jinchuuriki transformation.
