When I first started I started with sunniland liquid fert. I slowly switched over to YM soil treatments. But I continue to this day use granular professional fertilizer.
Great video BYD. I have had problems filling up the small 32 oz bottles without spilling, so I pour into a pitcher, measure the amount, and pour into the small sprayers. Otherwise you will have to explain to your spouse why there are either burns in the lawn or iron stains on the driveway.
Love the video and information will be checking out this product. Look forward to seeing more of your videos. Now I’m from Texas and we mostly have Saint Augustine here so I’m hoping this product will work 3:25
BYD I just got my 28-0-0 yesterday. But going to hold up a few more weeks to let my grass start to green up some before I put it down. Also want to know have you tried the Lesco fertilizer 38-0-0 90% poly plus optil180 if so what do you thank about it. It’s expensive but they says it last about 4 to 6 months
BYD. I'd like to supplement my granular fretilization regime with liquid. Could you do a video on how to that with one of these products and which one to do it with.
What about the taste test, haha! Sunniland (24-0-11 50% slow release) is the brand I have settled on for the past 2-3 years for all times of the year, except the fall months. I use 46-0-0 during fall months. I assume the liquid fertilizer is not a slow release product (something I might experiment with). I'd want a liquid fertilizer that have some N, but also include the micro nutrients like their granular product. 24-0-11 50% release is my stuff. Sunniland needs to get better distribution for the homeowners. Lowes sell the 24-0-11 and the weed and feed stuff, but I'd like to see more of their products locally. It's that time of the year.
@@blackhouse7646 when I planted in my lawn it basically destroyed my BermudaGrass. I had annual RYE so the some ran it away in 80 plus weather. A light coat of Spectracide weed and Grass killer before green up will work but it may slow up your green up.
No N P K for the Minors Blend. It literally only had other nutrients. Plus it helps green darker. It’s my favorite one to use in a granular fertilizer program 👍🏾
My family - “why don’t you pay $1500 and get a pro to do your lawn all year?” Me - “WHY would I ever do that when I can spend $5000 and do it all wrong my damn self.” Never in my life did I think I would be standing in Lowe’s looking at backpack sprayers, but I also never imagined myself being the person stopping on a jog to ask a neighbor if I could pull their weeds before they germinate… sigh… I’ve become lawn dad.
@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral Ok. I usually play youtube vids in the background while I multitask. I don't typically stare on the device screen 100% of the time while the videos are playing. Hence why I probably miss those details.
I like supporting a Florida company and more affordable than N-EXT stuff. This is a BYD win! 👍🏻
Yeah they do have some really affordable Prices for the Homeowner and Professional 👍🏾
BYD respect, from one Veteran to another, happy Father’s Day
I am loving the urea, great for mixing this into an existing program for when you want more fast release than what your already using.
Good point 👍🏾
Good info BYD my plan was this season to go all liquid 👍💯

Very good video BYD👊
Thanks 🧸

Good looking products B.Y.D
No problem Ronald 👍🏾

May I ask if you can make a schedule of how you use these products
BYD, I like how you pronounce R -YOBI
I just got my 6-0-0 and the 28-0-0
Nice 👍🏾
Do liquid fertilizers need to be absorbed into the soil for the roots to take up or do they absorb into the blades?
Works both ways but if you don’t water it will absorb directly into the leaf blades.
If you are really trying to push the lawn this year with Nitrogen. Could you bump up them rates? Or frequency of applications?

Yeah I’m planning on doing a video showing you how to work this into you fertilizer schedule.
Are you a fan of Anderson products? And why you like or don’t like about them

Yummy 😋
I do agree about the distribution here in my area. I can get the Sunniland all natural but I can get the regular granular anymore just yet. 🤷🏾♂️
@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral Just the opposite here.
Nice video like always BYD. Question for you. Does MSM work on tall rye grass to get ride of it?
I heard it does, but I’m not sure 🤔
@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral would you use something different to kill the rye grass?

What's the N-P-K on the Minor's Blend? Or is it mostly iron?

Hmmm, maybe I miss where you describe the varying purpose for each product?
Yeah it is in the wording on the screen when I show each new product. Watch video again and you’ll see it at the bottom 👍🏾
