Acknowledge and honor the strengths, talents, and virtues that reside within you. Repeat to yourself silently or out loud: "I respect myself for who I am, for my journey, and for my worthiness."
Now, envision a ball of warm, golden light glowing in your heart center. With each inhale, feel this light growing brighter and expanding within you, filling every cell with a sense of respect and self-love. As you exhale, imagine this light radiating outwards, surrounding you with a bubble of respect and honor.
Please do not listen to this while operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.
