I would love to go outside more but unfortunately doing so increases the likelihood I will be triggered so I get stuck inside eventhough I don't want to be. :(
Oh wait we're supposed to be saying how it helps us. My bad XD
1. It helped me realize that I was being too harsh with myself about what I was going through.
2. I'm a very Hard worker at times at my jobs because of it and because it gives me a lot of energy.
3. I'm able to wake up earlier than a lot of people so I can be more productive.
4. It has made me more spontaneous. My intrusive thoughts have brought with it great ideas that might be able to use at some point.
5. I have better understanding of mental health overall because of it.
