Although still watching this video, I do like it very much. Although it shows a cold and bleak day, a dreadful industrial landscape mostly, it has lots of rail interest. Some of the route appears to be freight only which makes for variety. I note there are extensive signs of re-electrification along the way (redundant mast bases too close to the tracks for modern use). I find it sad that there are too few trains in the rangierbahnhof's and en-route. I guess that is Netz rationalisation. So many disused 'private sidings' which must have generated traffic in the past. I would have loved to have seen this route in the days of 'wunderwirtschaft'(?) with dampfloks, etc. But thanks for a very interesting video even if I have to wear warm clothes to watch it! 🙂
