I’ve been struggling to find the solution for my camera for a while now. Thank you for the well explained video. My issue was resolved by unchecking a simple box!

Hi - appreciate your video. Would you mind adding to your information above which management software you are using. Thanks.

Thanks for the video assist. I have two cameras from hikvision without dvr. The videos are saved on Micro SD cards. Had this setup for 5 years plus. The issue started with hik connect 6 app. One of the cameras sometimes works and sometimes it's an issue. Both cameras have the same configuration and connected to the router directly via cat 6 cable. I also have issues playing back footage as it pauses after 3 second playback. The router handles the ip assignment with fixed ips. I have tried it all but does not sure the problem.

Hi. You are really good at teaching. I would love to contact you. My concern is the hik connect app on local network randomly quits. I have it running on an iPad on live view all the time. I can’t find a solution. Any thoughts?

Cams worked, nothing changed, stopped working. Tried the steps you outline without success. Any other ideas?

Hello, I check my cameras with my phone only if I am on the same network, but if I use mobile data or our network, why doesn't it work?
