"First 1-bedroom!" part was like, SO relateable. I see so many youtubers buying big homes in the expensive California environment so it was really refreshing to see someone live a more "realistic" (for me) life. Hope you have a blast here! Very excited for you :)

Yay Amy! I just moved to the mountains of Corsica France near the Mediterranean sea, and leaving city life was the best thing I ever did! I lived in NYC for years and decided to let it all go to live a slower life. I'm so excited for your more peaceful and fulfilling journey of being near the ocean girl! :)

As a reccomendation, when you pot up plants that have been propogating in water, its good to keep the soil pretty moist all the way through for a bit, as it can shock the plants if the soil is too dry at first.

i moved from puerto rico to the united states (to a place where there's no beach) a long time ago and i started to become extremely depressed and with severe anxiety and i was lost for a long time until i realized my need of beaches and mountains. the beach is so powerful and healing and i am so happy for you

Girl, definitely get some pads for skating! I did the same thing. I fell and instinctively used my arm to catch myself and I fully believe my wrist would've broken had I not been wearing padding, including wrist guards! My wrist hurt for two weeks afterwards. And I agree, it's much harder than I remember!
