With its small wheels I've found that the Dragster can get a bit twitchy over 100kph particularly in cross winds. Holding the bars firmly reduces this effect. I've also found that rapid acceleration on long sweepers can cause the front end to become rather light because of the rear weight bias of the Dragster. Leaning forward reduces this. However in saying that, the Dragster is still the best small wheeled scooter I've ever ridden.
