I'm going to have to try this recipe out! Sounds good! However, I never really cared for coffee. I know that you can use water instead, but as a noncoffee drinker, I would like to say that I can taste the coffee in and recipe. It just taste like coffee, and not chocolate
Same me. I am not a coffee drinker, so I can usually taste the coffee in those "add coffee to enhance the chocolate flavor" recipes. I am wondering if hot chocolate made with water would "enhance" the recipe OR if adding the more of the chocolate flavored protein to water would do the trick. Maybe not needed at all... just thinking about possibilities outlaid so to speak.

What is the measurement of that large cooke scoop, please?
1/4 cup, but I only fill about 3/4 full. Then I add more as needed, once I’ve filled each cupcake cup with some.
