As long as your kidney functions properly, it will produce urine with water content in relation to the excess after reabsorbing what your body needs. Clear urine basically means your kidneys have gotten rid of so much water which is not needed by the body, in a healthy individual. You wouldn’t have to worry about clear colored urine if you don’t have a health condition that makes the body unable to retain water as required
