Dust and debris extraction is impressive. Very nicely explained and demonstrated, Craig. Thank you. Thanks to Ben as well.

I like to use Titebond Quick n Thick on pocket screw projects because one of the two surfaces is always end grain. You lose less of the glue down the fibres of the wood hence a stronger joint.

As always, you are doing a very good and understandable presentation. What I would like to add, based on experience, is the importance of tightening the collet screw more than you think is needed. I drilled through the base of my jig a few times when the collet been sliding on the drill bit.

In the US, this is a popular method to make kitchen cabinets with face frames Also, the plugs come pre-shaped for a flush fit.

I am often tempted by this system for speed and easiness, but I have an Axminster chisel morticer which is so quick and easy and gives a stronger joint. The tenon is more difficult, or rather more complicated, to get perfect and square. However a Stanley router really helps.

How to drill a hole! Nothing on the most important bit - setting up the jig for depth given relative sizes of wood. I have one of these - one of those purchases I wish I'd never made.

I like the extractor hose organiser. How high is the arm please?
