Starting a Kennedy Half Dollar Collection - Looking for Silver, NIFC's, Proofs, DDO's, DDR's, RPM's?

Here I am starting a new Kennedy Half Dollar Collection. I will be looking for 90% and 40% Silver, coins Not Intended For Circulation, Proofs, DDO's, DDR's, and RPM's.

Awesome hunt, the weight difference in the rolls didn’t make any difference, maybe thicker paper paper used in wrapping & maybe less wear on the coins .you got a great variety of years to & mint marks . 👍👍👍

Not a bad start! Your books definitely look fuller than mine. My bank doesn't normally keep half dollars and really doesn't want to order any boxes. In the process of finding a bank that at least has some on hand so I can get a roll or two, and maybe work up to a whole box. Fingers crossed! Best of luck in finding silver to fill in those early open spots.

Try going from bank to bank. Tell them you don't have an account with them but you need some coin. Politely ask if they can help. Usually the will do $25 - 100. Good luck.

You'll also want to look for the 1971 D half on quarter stock.
