Awww thank you so much-- I had SO much fun filming it (and making a GIANT mess in the process, holy COW did I fill our recycling bin)! And thank you TWO times, I was super excited to wear this dress in a video because it is shockingly comfortable, not to mention nice and breezy in this stupidly hot weather. I hope you end up LOVING the books you add to your wishlist (and I hope I love them when I read them too, for that matter-- we'll have to compare notes later)! 💕
First few minutes brain dump: You look like a princess with your new hair 😍You must have been getting major dopamine hits all month with all the wonderful book boxes arriving at your door! And that edition of The Spell Shop!!!!💕💕 That book is at the top of my TBR for the fall! And When the Moon Hatched!!! That is a must-read for me too, I have heard so many wonderful things about it! The next day when I can watch more: You asked me about my opinion of The Ministry of Time in another video comment section and, to be honest, I am having a hard time bringing myself to pick the book up and finish it! I am about 70 percent of the way through and find myself kinda bored... and not compelled to pick it up/ don't really care. At the same time I have been SWEPT away into Divine Rivals and Ruthless Vows (about 20 percent into Ruthless Vows now) so that is all I want to read!!!! You are right, Divine Rivals HURT and now I am very afraid of Ruthless Vows! 😅
Aww, thank you! I love it so much, it's SUCH a huge confidence boost! My hair was just about this long for ages but it really started coming out a couple of years ago, and I feel so much more like my old self with it again. And they're half dopamine hits, half major temptations-- I want my reactions to be really authentic, so I try not to peek unless boxes arrive looking damaged or I hear a lot of people saying their books arrived damaged! I can't wait for When the Moon Hatched-- I didn't realize how CHONKY that baby was, and it usually means GOOD things for me in fantasy! And OH NO, I have only heard DNFs when the Ministry of Time is mentioned...I SO RARELY DNF books but my reading has been so slow and slumpy I'm afraid to even touch that one right now. And YESSSSS for Divine Rivals...and I have yet to pick up Ruthless Vows yet, I'm not feeling like crying my way through a book just now but oh do I KNOW it's coming...OUCH.
@@LitCouture I am moving through Ruthless Vows so much slower than Divine Rivals because I am SO scared of a big ouch at the end! There are too many beloved characters and I fear they may not all be safe in the middle of a war..... And yeah, I think I will finish The Ministry of Time at some point but... yeah. It is all at once boring and making me feel dumb with the sci-fi stuff. Definitely read books you feel like you will enjoy :) No need to waste time on ones that aren't getting good reviews, right? Has your husband read The Ministry of Time? He likes sci-fi, if I remember. Or is it just high fantasy that he's into?

Of jade and dragons (illumicrate) was SO STUNNING but just not for me🥲 i forced myself to read just about 20% before setting it down. I think it was the writing style that just made it un readable for me, which was just SO upsetting because the book was SO SO SO STUNNING.😭

And i was less than worried about the toothpaste and more about getting the video to absolutely EVERYONE!😭😭😭 It was a master piece, though all of the books are stunning and it seems owl crate is not for me. Their special editions seem to be lacking when it comes to the EXPLOSIVE designs of illumicrate and others..so ive swapped it out for Fairlyloot! Now i have 3 subscriptions : Illumicrate , Fairyloot, Midnight whispers! Cant wait for your next video!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Also eventually hoping you set up a P.O box when you get bigger!!
loved it! I got the OUABC Novel Love Story and Illumicrate’s Of Jade and Dragons, really enjoyed it - and I think it fits the book beautifully except I wish it had the end papers from the Owlcrate one :)
