I've created leads and chords before, but never basses. Also, I might want to experiment with the sounds after getting the basic sounds down (for example, changing the waveform of a part of the sound like you showed in the video). I can't wait to try all of this! Great tutorial!

Hey! You're missing the gain knob in the compressor, and that's what controls the volume, make sure you turn it up so the sound is loud enough.

*How to make House sidechain in Fruity Love Philter:*
• Load up default patch
• Turn on HQ envelopes (less clicking)
• Turn off oversampling (saves CPU)
• Set Filter type to OFF
• Enable Tempo on Vol Envelope
• Make a bar long LFO curve
• Make sure you set the start and endpoints to loop your LFO
TIP: If you want to move off-grid, you can always switch off the green magnet button on the bottom-right of the grid.

As long as you enjoy sound designing you should do it as much as you can. Maybe you can use some presets in future
Btw useful tutorial. People should design more to create more unique and different styles
Of course, if you like to do it, just do it!
Sound design (and sound selection) is by far my least favorite part. That's why I watch these videos. I spend hours at the knobs and never get to the sound I want. It gets frustrating.

I wish serum reverb has smaller decay smth like 0.2 or 0.4 cause I think now its only 0.8 :(
Why do you want such small reverbs?
Maybe you could lower the camera of your facecam a little bit in future videos? This will create an image that's a lot more pleasant to look at (bc of rule of thirds). Nice video tho! Such an underrated subject!

Almost every....... But I would recommend that you should use vital (if you don't own serum)...... Cause the fundamentals are always same.
Edit: Vital isn't a stock plugin.... But its free so you should definitely download it.

Doesn't matter, some sounds of my new Soundbank are for future house. Apart from that, imo there aren't sounds for genres, you can use everysound for everygenre
