    Thanks Jason, another great lesson.
    The attribution of that “music is the silence between the notes” quote seems to be contested. And Miles Davis seems to have come up with a couple of even more gnomic quotes:
    "It's not the notes you play, it's the notes you don't play"; and
    "Don't play what's there, play what's not there."
