And just remember, whilst you are in the prime of your life, the key is longevity. Can you keep doing this after 35, with children and a part/full time job?
I’m 50 yrs old with 6 children, 4 grandchildren. I dance circles around my 15 and 16 yr old sons who are into. Bodybuilding 5 to 6 days in the gym. Start at a lower weight for better form and to build up muscles that you have never used. I workout comfortably with a 24 Kg/53 lbs Kettlebell and up to 70 lbs kettlebell for strength building. I started with a 25 lbs kettlebell and had a background in lifting weights but was very out of shape. This here is a great video , great content!
Yess! I’m 50 also who’s a truck driver who’s been at it for 11 months. I wish I learned about it 10 years ago when I started exercising, because they’re way better than resistance bands. Kettlebells has too many benefits, I use my lighter ones to warm up more effective and faster before using my Total Gym, and take my 2 slightly (15lb &25lb) heavier ones on the road with me. Kettlebells keep your body pliable and flexible where you can bend like you children as long as you don’t do the splits. You can feel your muscles stimulated everytime you use it which makes it addicting, because I feel like I’m accomplishing-each time I use it.

And most other movements on weight machines as the Hero's r trying 2 lift 2 Big a weight . They don't get a full range of movement. The other night a guy had is 2 mates with him . He was bench pressing . They weren't spotting 4 him . He didn't get one end of the bar bell in the rack & next thing u know he has 3 plates on the ground one end , the bar Smacked him across the face 🤣 head & they didn't have the plates secured on the bar . Big Nose . Instructors didn't even turn around. I just told them off . Young Bucks . No Commonsense or Brains . This particular clip of this woman . Trying 2 come across as someone who knows what there doing . She's only going 2 cause her self injury . Pavel the Russian teaches form 1st & very thorough. We r having amateur hr with this female

Why should any of those factors prevent you from doing a lower body complex with a 12kg kettlebell?

Im 43 with all those conditions and this would be more of a recovery workout day. Or maybe just a warm up before doing barbell squats.
