Nice one☺... My method is Mash cooked rice well.. Add required salt,green chillies,crushed ginger then mash it well.. Add thick curd mix well.. For tempering Add Ghee ( Mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,red chilli,asafoetida) Add these into mashed rice and put some fresh coriander leaves..close it for 15mins...after that pour some boiled milk😋 Yummy curd rice is ready 😀

My method is
