How to place an order ruclips.net/video/NaO8ked4yNk/видео.html Update: I did not get any confirmation email or number after sending my return request, however 3 days later I got an email saying DigiKey shipped a replacing item (you have the option for replacing or refund) without asking me to ship back the faulty item (my total purchase cost was $20). I recommend including a RUclips video link in the refund request description, showing the actual problem. Read their return policies about return shipping costs - if the product is not faulty, you may be responsible for returning shipping fees which can be too high for canadian buyers.
Thanks for the video, i planned on ordering from digikey but was skeptical about the return process as well as the shipping involved, this video gave me some clarity, you should make a video on the buying process, it will be helpful to many people.
