    I'm so glad I got a TRX, I've learnt so many awesome new exercises thanks to your videos. It's definitely my favorite piece of equipment to use, can't wait to try the chest fly tomorrow it looks great. Appreciate you showing the proper form as always.

      I thought the same!! They do seem a little bit hard for beginners, but he explained it so clearly that I decided to try them out (Being a complete beginner) and I felt great!! Definitely adding these exercises to my daily routine.

      It all depends how far back you stand - the way he is standing for the demo is intermediate..

    Bad for!
    1. Hips bend as your body gets lower defeats the purpose of the suspension straps.
    2. Staying flatfooted as the body goes down will damaged the Achilles tendon, heel, and ankle.

    great professional demonstration of the TRX chest exercise , really like how this exercise expands your chest and isolates your pecs , slow speed and squeezing your chest before the fly makes a big difference.

      yes i agree! this looks like it'll be difficult but I think fun at the same time. And it'll be great for building strength, so worth the pain :)

    My TRX has handles that kinda slide, is that normal? Am I supposed to use these handles?

      Great question! Yes, most of the time your TRX will come with handles. Use them if you feel you are secure and balanced. Safety matters most!

    What does it when you say at the beginning (timestamp 0:21) that you are in the middle of the TRX?
    Do you mean the straps are at mid-length?

      Great question! We simply meant in-between both bands. In terms of strap location though, it's entire up to you. The longer the strap, the more it'll allow you to become more parallel to the floor...which means a more intense fly.

    ...I can almost feel the pain by watching... Does this pretty much work on the same things thoe arial rings do?

      Yes, you can use rings for this exercise as long they are hooked to a similar spot, like presented in the video. TRX bands are recommended because they allow your body to freely move throughout the exercise.

    This is an excellent video about a normally common workout, but is all the more efficient. It's a nice workout because you can be judge of how strenuous the exercise is. Pay attention to the useful tips he points out.

    A well explained trx chest workout. I have tried this one. It is extremely helpful in isolative chest and eventually get bigger chest. Although this one have some risk involved which should be considered when performing trx.

    Geez, this really makes me want to work out. I appreciate how informative you are as you provide the proper demonstration. This is a proper demonstration, because you are being sure to describe how you need to align yourself, how much to contract your muscles through each motion and most importantly, the common mistakes to avoid during this exercise. Great video! I will definitely recommend to my husband!
