Bad for! 1. Hips bend as your body gets lower defeats the purpose of the suspension straps. 2. Staying flatfooted as the body goes down will damaged the Achilles tendon, heel, and ankle.
great professional demonstration of the TRX chest exercise , really like how this exercise expands your chest and isolates your pecs , slow speed and squeezing your chest before the fly makes a big difference.

Great question! We simply meant in-between both bands. In terms of strap location though, it's entire up to you. The longer the strap, the more it'll allow you to become more parallel to the floor...which means a more intense fly. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Yes, you can use rings for this exercise as long they are hooked to a similar spot, like presented in the video. TRX bands are recommended because they allow your body to freely move throughout the exercise. -The FFP Training Staff
This is an excellent video about a normally common workout, but is all the more efficient. It's a nice workout because you can be judge of how strenuous the exercise is. Pay attention to the useful tips he points out.
A well explained trx chest workout. I have tried this one. It is extremely helpful in isolative chest and eventually get bigger chest. Although this one have some risk involved which should be considered when performing trx.

This is a proper demonstration, because you are being sure to describe how you need to align yourself, how much to contract your muscles through each motion and most importantly, the common mistakes to avoid during this exercise. It all depends how far back you stand - the way he is standing for the demo is intermediate..

What does it when you say at the beginning (timestamp 0:21) that you are in the middle of the TRX?
