I loved all the subtle details that call back to the original show. The switched shirt and overall colors on Mario & Luigi, cowboy hat Goombas, the angry faces on the Bob-Ombs, Birdo looking like an old grandmother, and Princess Toadstool's fluffier 80s hair (though it's a bit of a shame her Popeye forearms weren't included). Great job!

Also Bowser is now the final boss. Also I like how Pansers are replaced by Piranha Plants Other details I like such as the absence of the M for Mamu (Wart) on the Autobombs now being replaced with K for Koopa. Bowser's last name due to Bowser replacing Wart in the hack.

I guess Bowser though in the cartoons is more egotistical and cruel so he prefers to be addressed by his last name Koopa rather then Bowser so people will fear his family name. However this is often played for comedy as Bowser often gloats and takes pride even when he's insulted by Mario, Luigi, or Peach taking it as a compliment. He knows he's a rotten jerk that's hated by everyone and he likes it.

Between this, a Special Edition hack of Ghostbusters for Genesis that adds Winston, and the "Texas Edition" hack of the first TMNT for Nes...we eatin' good in the neighborhood. (Though a similar hack for TMNT II: The Arcade Game would probably be preferred by a lot of folks over having to even look at TMNT1...) Now we need similar treatment for the first Legend of Zelda, Castlevania (can you imagine Simon Belmont redrawn to look how he did in Captain N: The Game Master??), Megaman 1&2, etc.
I guess the Panser are replaced with Piranha Plant. It make sense sense they're aren't in the show, but I wanted to see what they'll look like if they're in that cartoon.

Toad does not squeak every other time he does something. King Koopa in the show does *NOT* have the inherent ability to breath fire like he does in the games. I know the show has both elements from both 1 and 2 and Wart doesn't appear, and Wart *does* spit projectiles in his boss fight, so... I guess I'll let that side. Goombas don't die when you stomp on them. 0/10 -- Do not recommend. Dood, you made all the characters look like they did on the show, including the Goombas with the western hats in the desert.
That's because it's being modded to look like Lou Albano Mario. Very smart move to tie even more with the show since it makes it look like all the cartoon segments are L.A Mario's dreams
Only so much that could be done; Mario 2 didn't have firepower, even though the cartoon had basically the Fire Flower AND Starman give that. (Thankfully, one episode of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 corrected that by having the Starman actually give invincibility) So in the game, there's probably no way to make that work.

The changes are almost all subtle but they capture the style of the cartoon really well, this is a cute rom hack.

This is SMB2 done, the RIGHT way.
It kind of works because most of the stuff in Super Show was from SMB2 anyway and that includes the enemies and the music.

That is some pretty nice sprite work. I liked how Tweeters are red with white faces instead of the inverted colors among many others.
