He needs to miss 2 times to say that BEFORE you hit him hard enough. After you damage him enough to trigger the "My status is fine, do not interfere" dialogue, all his talks are replaced by "over-G, over-G" and his G-Breathing sound. To get all of his dialogues: Make him miss 3 missiles without flares, then take one missile and survive, in this order; Force him to use one of his flares and damage him a little in any order; Damage him hard after all of that. And of course, beg for the timer to not run out before that.
"Parts" makes aircraft all feel the same for me, differently from other games. Also, Zap condemned to blow planes and stuff because of Tax Evasion: really the right "punishment"
