    Love this. I just bought a 1934 new imperial model 23 and these videos have really helped understand how things were done back then as I work on it.

    Interesting. Have newer seen an Imperial engine in pieces. It seems to be a good design.

    I believe the New Imperial 250 was the first production bike of that capacity to clock 100mph

    Hi Sammy where can I get a crank jig similar to that? Do Alpha Bearings sell them

      If you own a lathe you can put your crankshaft between the chuck and tail stock and clock it that way.

    Sammy needs to slow down so the camera gets chance to move and focus in the right place.
