I love this album. A dear friend and teacher got this for me for my 16th birthday (I'm 39 now) and it changed my life. I was blessed with great music and this is the best. I play guitar now and I resurrect dozens of Marley and tosh songs. The youth deserve this.

I'm so sorry. I lost my best friend of 64 years a couple years ago. We had been friends since we were 4 years old. It was excruciating. Friends liked that are family. So my condolences are definitely with you.
Junior Marvin, not to be confused with junior Murvin ( police and thieves) really did a good opening on lead guitar. He s a bad ass. Hell….THE WAILERS WERE ROCKIN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. The next best thing are STEEL PULSE. And that is my opinion

This takes me back to a time in my life when music meant something, and the great Bob Marley was speaking to all of our consciousnesses. Do I ever miss those times, and do we all miss Bob Marley more than we ever realize. Babylon By Bus is one of the best live albums ever recorded, and sometimes I can’t hold back the tears remembering how magical those days in the world of music were.

Listen to all the albums from ( Bob Marley &) The wailers before 1975. That was his debut album, Rasta man vibration , with the wailers.

I was there...in Rotterdam Ahoy 1978 july 7....I will never forget!!!!
This album was recorded in France,Paris before the Ahoy gig which was special too.Both were part of the Kaya tour.
@@anamsiko7351Only 2 tracks were from Paris (Punky Reggae Party and Rebel Music). (Stir It Up) was from the first Lyceum gig in London (July 17, 1975). (Rat Race) from Hammersmith in London - 1976 (one of the gigs)
The rest were from Norway.
This is Paris, Pavillon de Paris over 3 nights- June 25/27, 1978, the Kaya tour.
All versions of this, they smash. Life lifting music.
