Thank you, Ali. I appreciate your kind words. Based on benchmarks and tests, Hostgator came out quite slow. The sites I have with Hostinger are fast and responsive. I had a couple of technical questions and used their live chat to get instant support. Even out of their live chat hours, I contacted via their contact form and always got a response within half and hour. To me, a product/service doesn’t have to be the best if it’s customer support is world class. If you’re thinking of switching, they offer free migration from your old host. Hope this helps.

Thanks Anna. No, you upload the zip file in your Wordpress Media library just like you would with an image, grab the link to the uploaded file and that will be the access link for your customers. You could also upload to a cloud service like Dropbox or Google drive and grab the share link.
