I had a couple of technical questions and used their live chat to get instant support. Even out of their live chat hours, I contacted via their contact form and always got a response within half and hour. To me, a product/service doesn’t have to be the best if it’s customer support is world class. If you’re thinking of switching, they offer free migration from your old host. Hope this helps.

templates dont usually look like this rigtht away. its mostly a "hello world" screen that you have to configure, at least that's what happened to me
