Institutes of education shouldn't be taxed at all , even those that are operating as a business if the standards of education are top class . After all it is the very rich who can afford it . What should be done is ask these institutes doing well in profits to sponsor a certain number of deserving students who can't afford higher education . This is win win situation for all . A good school has to pay high salaries to attract the best and most qualified teachers and also have the best teaching environment and equipment . Taxing them will inevitably effect them from giving the best money can buy .
