I would love to do for PS5, but I don't think they are like Xbox in which any console can be used as a developer console, I believe you need to buy a dev console from them to make sure the games run correctly on the hardware.
When you put the game on to the console when it's in dev mode? After you upload the game it should ask you about them, make sure you choose the one that matches the build of the game
