What i liked the most about Hafiz Naeem Sahab after listening to a few of his interviews is the finesse of his language. He did not use any foul analogy, did not abuse anyone and did not call his opponents with bad names. Pakistan’s politics after all this polarisation and intolerance has instilled bad language in masses, especially youth. People just cannot disagree anymore without denigrating the other person. Listening to the likes of Hafiz Naeem is truly a breeze of fresh air. Pakistan in general and Karachi specifically needs people like Hafiz Naeem Sahab who are well mannered and who are ready to play their part in the solution of the problems we are facing.

my dad was part of IJT in the 60s 70s he saw the wings rise and yes Naeem Ur Rehman is right about IJT nourishing leadership within the youth my father founded several charities and headed many scientific conventions his organizational skill were something i envy and it is IJT that had gotten that fire in him to do the best

I think what went against Jamat e Islami despite their impressive past is they were not able to market them properly. A lot of these families had to migrate to other countries. Still by today we are the highest tax paying citizens and are proud to be Pakistanis.

The problem of Karachi is that it hasn't been accepted as equal. It constitues of Muhajireens who have been persecuted by major ethnical political parties of Pakistan. They are not given the budget and required funds. This can be proven at the time of Musharraf when MQM was provided the funds. It did developments and Karachi was not like this at his time. Many public parks, bridges , snaitation and infrastructure improve. To my Pathan brother and Punjabi brethren, it's a request to accepts Muhajirs as Pakistanis. We are a minority in this country but our contribution to Pakistan and even before to the people of Pakistan were not a minority contribution but rather massive sacrifices. The nation can only move forward once you respect the votes of every population of Pakistan. The persecutions of Urdu speaking in Karachi and Hyderabad has been happening before the creation of MQM in cases like Qasba colony 1984 , Pakka Qilla 1988 and post MQM in 1992 and 1994 over false reports that we want independence of Pakistan. This has to be engaged before we move forward as civilised people like the rest of the world. Its high time to addresss these grievances. It's the loss of the nation. Bygone is bygone but proper address should be done as not to repeat such opporession to our community.

I was a supporter of MQM and ALTAF BHAI but this time I'll vote for JI and Hafiz Sahab..... We need Hafiz Sahab as a Karachi Mayor.
What i liked the most about Hafiz Naeem Sahab after listening to a few of his interviews is the finesse of his language. He did not use any foul analogy, did not abuse anyone and did not call his opponents with bad names. Pakistan’s politics after all this polarisation and intolerance has instilled bad language in masses, especially youth. People just cannot disagree anymore without denigrating the other person.
Listening to the likes of Hafiz Naeem is truly a breeze of fresh air. Pakistan in general and Karachi specifically needs people like Hafiz Naeem Sahab who are well mannered and who are ready to play their part in the solution of the problems we are facing.

The problem of Karachi is that it hasn't been accepted as equal. It constitues of Muhajireens who have been persecuted by major ethnical political parties of Pakistan. They are not given the budget and required funds.
This can be proven at the time of Musharraf when MQM was provided the funds. It did developments and Karachi was not like this at his time. Many public parks, bridges , snaitation and infrastructure improve. To my Pathan brother and Punjabi brethren, it's a request to accepts Muhajirs as Pakistanis. We are a minority in this country but our contribution to Pakistan and even before to the people of Pakistan were not a minority contribution but rather massive sacrifices.
The nation can only move forward once you respect the votes of every population of Pakistan.
The persecutions of Urdu speaking in Karachi and Hyderabad has been happening before the creation of MQM in cases like Qasba colony 1984 , Pakka Qilla 1988 and post MQM in 1992 and 1994 over false reports that we want independence of Pakistan. This has to be engaged before we move forward as civilised people like the rest of the world. Its high time to addresss these grievances. It's the loss of the nation. Bygone is bygone but proper address should be done as not to repeat such opporession to our community.
