Know this not about this report . I want to know Osage bike trail built . Cost all the money . But these bikers don't use . Instead they go . Right in middle of streets and roads . Highway 52. going into skiatook . We have alot of lake people. Going to lake pulling boats . And they on the weekend bikers are constantly in the way of traffic . I'm complaining to the governor and others need to follow suit
