    This. ❤
    Thank you.
My client was Gordon. I got him to a Box after nothing else was clicking with him. You can lead a horse to water but you.cannot make them drink. I took him to the box with me and the atmosphere got him. He finally started to drink. He was 72 then widowed. He is 80 now. Met a sweet lady his age at the box. They both are thriving. ❤

Loved it. Nice also to see a picture of my late cousin Charles Poliquin up there. Very well done!

The foundation of CrossFit (separate from CrossFit Games) is daily functional movements. CrossFit training keeps people to be able to perform all necessary movements in our daily life. When older people fall, they cannot get themselves off the floor because they do not have the functional strength for daily life. CrossFit-type training is what physical therapists should be incorporating to their patients.

I agree it is important to maintain good muscular mass. If this were this simple, won't bodybuilders be the longest lived individuals? They aren't.
I go to Gold's gym and there are a few younger members that are definitely obese and also very strong. So, it's not lack of muscle, it's too much fat.
