    Very informative and interesting.
Complex athletic movements that i learn in my crossfit gym demand effort and time from me. I 'm not a gifted athlete, but I noticed that i enjoy the clean, jerk and the snatch (the power versions :))I get a high from it, like a fast run, or sprint.
I was losing my motivation, because I needed to train on my own, invest time, to get better in these complex movements.
This type of podcast is very motivating. Learning new (athletic) motor skills is food for my brain (to grow). That's maybe why i get (sometimes) kind of runner's high from them. More fun for me than doing math or resolving IT problems 😁
    Thanks for sharing this podcast!
