I've had the same issue for almost 2 decades now, but I have yet to go to a doctor and get a diagnosis. It also takes me anywhere between 2-4 hours to fall asleep (on average, there are some days/nights where it takes me upwards of 7-9 hours). What is this disorder called? Can it be cured or better managed?
This game is hands down one of the most scary game I have ever played. an ultimate SIFI horror! Heart pounding! Even before I saw the Alien for the first time, the music score alone had me in a panic thinking the creature was right behind me as I waited for an elevator. And when I finally saw the creature I was wishing to be back on the level before I saw it. Panic would set in as you would hide from this creature as it stalked you. The telltail THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! of its footsteps as it roamed the halls looking for its next victim. THAT DARN HISSING AND GROWLING IT WOULD MAKE! And as you hide from it, sometimes with very little cover, your heart will start pumping and that fight or flight feeling will come over you. And then ..... It STOPS RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AS IF TO TURN AND OUNCE ON YOU! and you think it's GAME OVER MAN GAME OVER! then it walks off.....Leaving you catching your breath. Oh and did I mention I'm not far along in this game? LOL I highly recommend playing this game in the dark by yourself. This game will have you on the edge of your seat and leaning off to one side just to hide a little better from the creature! I would give this game a 5 out of 5 star rating. Good luck and I hope you make it!
I don't know what people complained about; this game was atmospheric and scary as fuck! It was an excellent tribute to the alien universe too. It was a better effort than Prometheus lol
+gsimon123 This game scared the fuck out of me. It's way scarier than movies beacuse you are alone and Alien is out there hunting. That's a terrifying feeling and I love it !
+gsimon123 It's kind of an insult to the franchise. They made a corny generic horror game and stuck the Xenomorph label on it for some extra cash, and hyped it up.
butt head Bullshit statement. This game is a tribute to original Alien from 1979. They did a fantastic job with recreating and expanding the franchise.
***** It actually contributed jack shit to the franchise, the story doesn't add up and it's rather pointless. They also dumbed down the alien for horror game sake.
+butt head And you fail to see that this is an excellent tribute to Alien, with the suspense and horror of the first film still being intact. This game did the franchise justice.
word to the wise... don't watch this walkthrough in the dark... especially if you have a black cat that'll jump on your lap at exactly the wrong time and give you a heart attack!!
Rodney Falberg I think i only saw one or two deaths. One was at the hands of a whole gaggle of synths when he was trying to overload the reactor, but i feel like there was another death at some point. The video was edited to remove almost all of the deaths. So he would die, and then just splice in from the last save point. It looks seamless.
I think this is not only "Game of the Year", but a gamechanger for the easy hand-held, "save whenever you want", experience that most modern games have become. There's no real challenge in games anymore, regarding your typical single-player campaign [excepting this one of course]. One of the main criticisms of this game is that it's "too long" or not "paced very well" - legitimate criticisms for a movie, but a game? seriously? Is this what we now expect? For our games to be paced like a good Hollywood movie, but with some illusion of interactivity? Why should a well directed movie be compared to some idiot hiding in a locker for 2 hours out of their own choice? [I have completed this game on Hard in less than 10 hours (15 hours less than my first go!) - it's a poor strategy anyway] People have come to expect the illusion of meeting a challenge within a certain timeframe - a kind of interactive cinema. They've forgotten that the best games are simulators of fantastic virtual realities. Not "well-paced" cinematic experiences. This game simply says - "here's an environment - we're putting you in it. Now deal with it! - 'Alien Survival Simulator 2014'" I think that's very admirable - when they could have laid an easy, beautifully rendered and "paced" path with cutscenes along the way (a bit like the mid-game flashback - but for the whole game). When you play this - it becomes obvious that 4 years of thought went into it. This is brave stuff that borrows from the best horror videogames and sets it in Ridley Scott's Alien universe (where most of the rest of them got their ideas in the first place! - full circle). It doesn't hold your hand (except at the very end, where the Weyland-Sega executives got their grubby paws in and it became a series of scripted scares). This is easily the best first-person game I've ever played - yes, even better than the classic Half-Life - which, incidentally, was also "poorly paced" by cinematic standards due to me sucking badly!
I started getting sick of how easy it was to breeze through the Medal of Honors and Call of Duty games. They started out dynamic with lots of missions and now are limited and a breeze. I loved Thief and Thief 2 and this game played out like a futuristic version of this minus the shadow meter. My only criticism is its a bit linear
I agree entirely. This game also scared the hell out of me. The visuals, sound design, and tension-it's like playing the 1979 movie, and that's pretty much a nightmare.
there is no challenge in single player games anymore?! either you're a serious troll or one who clearly never played more than 2 game in his life. go finish the soul series, go beat the evil within on akumu difficulty, go beat max payne 3 hardcore, dead space 2 hardcore, actually go play ANY game on DIFFICULTY higher than normal and then come back and tell me games are not "challenging" anymore. and before you think im someone bashing this game for no reason, im not, i like this game, its a good game, it is however not a revolutionary game changer that somehow brought difficulty back into modern game, because every single game i've listed is ten times harder than this game. your statement of "There's no real challenge in games anymore" is one of the most absurd statement i have ever, EVER heard. its as if you told me the sun isn't a star.
Jama Guile Far Cry 3 - I beat that on their highest difficulty (the one they patched on), turning as much of the HUD off as possible and never using the stupid X-Ray binoculars. It was still far too easy. Although an enjoyable romp around the islands never the less. (It didn't help the game that I'm good at poker and "read" the way to consistently beat the players in the sub-game - leeching thousands off them before buying the latest weapons and ammo). If any of the games you've listed don't have autosave or quicksave and underpower you as well AND have unpredictable enemies who follow no patterns or obvious behaviours, then out with it! [Every video of Evil Within I've seen is the same set-pieces over and over again] By "REAL challenge" I mean something other than learning set-routines by rote, or looking up where the best weapon caches are hidden before mowing down the enemy. In other words - any game where you can follow a play-by-play walkthrough to complete. That's no challenge at all. I apologise for not making it clear that I was speaking subjectively. I find most games too easy, even on the hardest difficulties. But I can understand how you, who are clearly not very good at games, would find plenty of challenge in games above Normal difficulty. PS. If my opinion was the most absurd statement you've ever heard, then you've got your priorities in life ALL wrong. "Behead all those who say Islam is not a religion of peace" is a proper absurd statement.
***** "i find most games too easy" yet its clear you haven't played much game if the only game that you found to suggest your predicament is far cry 3 and you don't know anything about the games i've listed. oh and the follow play by play that you mentioned, try doing that in evil within chp 6 akumu. I love how you immediately resort to insulting me when i challenge your opinion that alien is not a hard game compare to ALOT of other games. souls series game are known to be hard which i doubt you will ever touch, evil within akumu is listed as one of the hardest game to get the trophy/achievement of(beating the game) and remains ultra, ultra rare. trust me when i say people who beat evil within akumu actually faced a challenge rather than alien isolation hard mode hide and seek, did i also mentioned you die in one hit from everything, EVEN A SPARK HITTING YOU, max payne 3 at the time was known for its punishing gameplay of dying in 2 hit in a room where enemies can randomly fire hundreds of round ANYWHERE. dead space 2 hardore has no checkpoint so if you died, which is not hard since most thing kills you in a hit anyway, you start at the beginning, thats fucking right, if you die at the final boss in that game, you'll have to do the WHOLE GAME again. now if you could actually interpret this information in your miserable tiny brain and maybe, just maybe realize in my original comment i was refuting a point of you making alien appear to be this impossibly challenging game when its just fucking not and NOT that i find EVERY game challenging above normal diffculty fucking challenging. of course being the moron that you are, you will immediately refute all my reason and say its wrong thus still maintain that alien isolation is harder than the games i listed and deemed yourself a better gamer because you beat not even a moderately challenging game. lastly, you CAN follow a route/ play by play for alien isolation( just search alien isolation hard speedrun) thats how i beat alien isolation on hard. of course, you don't believe that because how could i, a person whos only beaten dark souls 1 and 2 twenty one times, could possibly beat alien isolation on hard. (oh the difficulty, too much) that was sarcasm if you were too dumb to notice.
+onecircle1 well it must have the most useless sense of smell ever and for a perfectly evolved killing machine that makes no sense, nor does it getting within 1 foot of you while you hide in a metal locker and it can't smell you. so I'm still going with it can't smell or else it would definitely find you
spacehost vfl maybe that aliens can't detect his victims by smell sense...... maybe they have same smell sense as human cuz human can't smell all things properly...... you know what i mean hahahahhahaahhaha
Thank you, for almost a good 11 hours of just the game, with no comments. These walkthroughs are great to kill some time, and thrilling to watch, and makes me know what games ill truly want to play. Ripley, believe it or not was a good character, hehe XD
I thought I would become desensitised after a while of playing this, reminiscent to dead space at the time, the fear factor wore off later on in the game. But this game, for me the whole sneaking around just keeps you on edge the whole time, filled with panic when spotted and the sense you are powerless, splurging map menu like a freaked out mess, looking for any means of escape or somewhere to hide. the fear is real in this game.
I have just watched 10 hours, 39 minutes and 51 seconds of someone shitting themselves, crawling along and looking at the floor.....and looking the opposite direction from anything that could have been worthwhile to look at. i understand fear is a powerful emotion, as i also understand how much detail went into the floor textures. apart from that great video man.
I know exactly what you mean, but even in fear I can coordinate. I know how to look left and right steadily and cautiously; not throw my head around like, "WTF, WTF, WTF!!!" This walk through, like you say, is good enough though.
the alien is called a xenomorph and it is a she not he they are gender specific, and did you kniw that the female lions did all of the hunting not the males kinda like with xenomorphs
@@nathanshortlifts If you noticed the only female xenomorph is the queen. The xenomorphs behave like insects/bugs. There are female xenomorphs but the most common xenomorphs are the ones shown in the game, which are male
This game freaks me the hell out. Just like the first movie, they did a great job at capturing that atmosphere and claustrophobia. The thing that annoys me is the save system. I wish we could just save whenever, I get pissed and rage quit because I get really far and die over and over and over. That's my biggest gripe about the game. It should be an option. My time is very limited and I just don't have enough to play parts over and over.
I know what you mean. Read my tips above second post I do not know haw far you are in this game This game has a twist in it. The station has people missing right, you find the keycards. Where do you think they are? Hmm think about that. You will need to explore the station to find items you need. Once you see the alien never run, if she is in the area do not walk squat than move. if you run this she will hear. If this is your first play though I suggest playing on the easy the first time. Alien has bad side eyesight use to your advantage but only in dark places. Saving your game is crucial, though if you save while the alien is around than she can kill you while you are saving. If she sees you she is really to fast to run from. Oh this player in the walkthrough has died because of how the game was played. It was just cut out. There is most of the time two save locations in a map. I backtracked in one mission to save locations my many times. Play be patient and play enjoy. if you get stuck I can help.
I think they've removed the 'save anytime' function intentionally, not having it makes you more invested in the game, rather than just being able to save every two minutes. Not saying everyone does, but some do and it removes a big part of the tension the game's makers have worked so hard to build up. It also makes the game easier, which means from release to someone completing the game and posting a walkthrough comes much sooner, which can spoil the he for others.
Alien Isolation is EVERYTHING that Colonial Marines wishes it was and more. I'd take an atmosphere and suspense ridden game with a clever antagonist over a poorly constructed and cynical attempt at a cash-in that favours a WTF storyline, poor AI and all guns blazing.
+Alexander Cook CM was more like the second movie. but i like this game a lot simply because it takes a whole lot more than just a lot of shooting to survive. this Xenomorph ain't fucking around and once it gets you it's over ;p in CM it is only working on ultimate badass, where you are fucked if they swarm you and you're careless.
Look into the new mod for CM. Some genius completely redid the Alien and coop character AI, improved the graphics and everything. The Xenos now are much smarter and on the hardest difficulty its damned near impossible. Makes the game MUCH better. It's called TemplarGFX ACM overhaul or something like that. Well worth the download.
Thanks for this. I got stuck on the reactor core with all them androids coming at me. Never knew combining bolt gun with revolver would be so effective. Damn this game is huge. I keep thinking I must be at the end now... nope!
Cant understand why there isn`t coming a sequel to this epic game. I dont play alot but had to buy this. 2 million sold games, isnt that enough to make a new one??? Where do I sign up for convinsing them to do a part 2
Creative Assembly announced a few months back that they are working on a sequel. And rightly so; Isolation actually had me sleeping with the light on for a week.
The problem is the stigma with sequels. I know now already, that it will not be as good as the first one. There is this feeling associated with the first game, that can't be done a second time. Sequels are mostly good when the first game was not so good, hence Uncharted 2's and Titanfall 2's success.
Great walkthrough. It helped me a lot. A truly scary suspensful game. One word of advice...use more light. There were times I was stuck and I went to the walkthrough but you play so dark I couldn't see things. Thanks again!
So cool that devs got Sigourney Weaver to reprise her role as Ripley. Must've cost 'em a few $... This game is looked upon quite favorably online-I'm pleased for Sega. Critics say this is the first time they've gotten an Alien franchise game right. As for the video-bravo! I hope other RUclipsrs take note. More and more viewers are seeking out videos with no commentary when serious walkthrough help or clean gameplay is needed.
This game is pretty awesome. The only thing I thought was kind of silly was the fact that the civilians/hostile personal on the colonial ship was attacking you because they were all insecure. I have better faith in the human race than that and I thought that concept was silly. Why not form allies? Other than that, it was pretty cool. As far as the person playing the game, thanks for uploading this all for us to view. 10 hrs I'm sure is not easy to upload, but you did it and I appreciate that. For your future gaming walkthroughs (first person games specifically), I strongly advise you keep your head on the swivel. That means look before you leap. Be cautious when you come around a corner. Look left, look right, then left again and then proceed out into the corridors. Too many times were you looking one way and assuming it was safe and I was sitting here like, "Wait what are you doing!?" Also, when you're reading reports (if you were indeed reading them) slow it down a bit. I actually like seeing what was in those reports. Lastly, be steady when turning your head. There were things that was happening and you were avoiding them (I wanted to see). It's what makes the scene. Anyways thanks. Pretty good gameplay. "C" average
This game is the very best of what a Survival Horror must/should be. I don't know any other game more scarier than this one. I played it all, Silent Hill, Last of Us, Death Space, all the Resident Evil (with RE2R & RE3R). This one, Alien Isolation is still the BEST/SCARIEST of all. I'm not surprised that professional gamers noted it 10/10
Do all Xenomorphs like being in vents or just the most intelligent Xenomorphs? This one, whom I will call Alex, and specimen six, named "Six" are the two most intelligent/cautious Xenomorphs I have seen and heard about, and they both really love vents
i watched the whole thing. I didn't want to waste time playing it, but rather watch it as a movie. The hiding was rather disapointing, she makes lots of noise and is moving almost right in front of enemies and yet barely any of them spot her. But.. regarding the ending.. What the hell was that??! :(
1:03:52 is the scariest part of the effin game xD the tension is insane, I'm revisiting this game tonight to play again but this time on PC (feel like its 10x scarier on PC than console lol ) using your walkthrough in case i run into a snag, or fear quit and watch you do it instead🤣
Thank you for this video. But it is very frustrating to watch you play because you don't directly see things that are obvious and you have no sense of direction :)
I worked for him. Got him 20K subscribers for a GTA 5 Walkthrough. Fun fact: he payed me less than what he said, ended our partnership (after uploading some Lego marvel videos and telling me to play the game twice) when he got some strikes, and never spoke with me again. Nice guy.
Even i 2018 i do not understand outlets that gave this game average or low reviews. This game is the best Alien game ever, better than some of the movies and a fantastic horror game in its own right. Simply a classic.
I've played a lot of horror-adventure games in the past, and none have been able to instill any fear at all in me until I played this fucking game. This is like Amnesia on meth. There have been many times where I actually yelped out loud when being chased by that fucking alien. It's terrifying. It's too bad the game itself is kind of bleh otherwise. A lot of backtracking along with a mediocre story and pretty lackluster voice acting. But when this game gets it right, it hits the fucking mark.
Backtracking itself is not a bad thing. System Shock 2 has quite a lot of backtracking and no one ever considered it a flaw. It just has to be done right.
Only the intro sequence alone, until you crash into the Sevastopol, is superior to any other alien game. And the game MENU before starting is superior to the whole Colonial Marines game..
Thanks for playing games without commenting it! I'm so tired of finding gameplays full of shitty comments and things that just affect the experience in a bad way. If anyone knows another channel with gameplays without comments I'll be glad to read it!
Your not supposed to be Here, You Shouldn't be Here, I Will Catch you you know, Are you trying to play some games with me, Come out come out, I Just wanted to Help, Your becoming Hysterical etc... That Fucking Android....
8:25:49 (Ripley purges the nest) Alien 1: "do you hear that?" Alien 2: "oh shit, get the kids, we need to get out of her-" Alien 1: "bob? BOB? WAKE UP! OH SHI-" alien 3: "i'm back from Panda express...wait, where is everyone?" Alien 2: "RUN YOU SON OF A BIT-" (BOOM!) RIP aliens
There are many walk through that one can use on this site than make your own. I have played though this game twice so far. there is an issue with the medical bay mission. when you come back with you need and talk the the guy behind the glass. he says sorry to put you through that. There is no way the alien can get into that room he came from there are no vents above and no door. Check this out by squatting down and looking up at the ceiling plus there is no door behind him on to the left of him. Tips for new players *Running after you see the alien is not advised. It can hear you run. * you might find a gun never use it unless it is after your trap the alien. but this is the eye before the storm. *Read the map players and under stand it I know at times it can confuse you but it informs you of your tasks. The player above hardly ever used it which involved spinning around and still going the wrong way. * If the alien is in the ducts above you do not walk squat and move. when saving your game check the motion tracker first if you see a large green dot hide she is very close. Hide till she is gone or saving your game can kill you, yes she can kill you while you save your game. * The people you see in the trans area this players killed them wasting ammo hide in a locker till they leave. that was luck on the above players part if the difficultly is set higher that easy bad idea. * After the trap mission the androids go into omega mode kill you on site, the red eye androids will attack you. ( guns are okay in this mission of the game after this mission stop or you will have a visit from the friendly alien. ( it will taken 6 shots in the head of an android to kill it save you ammo. If you must kill the androids after this use the flamethrower might take two hit though but it is quiet. * Only attack the alien if necessary when you have the flamethrower only if she sees you. Here is why if you blast her it will piss her off and she will double back. Now she knows where you are which is not a good thing. it also wastes you fuel for the flamethrower which if you do not look for it is hard to find most of the time. Ask me questions if you like I bookmarked this page :)
At 4:20:40 you seemed to have real difficulty at the transit station at the end of mission 8, where you ended up having a shootout with the humans. Two solutions to this. 1. Hide and wait, because they eventually leave the transit station after a couple of minutes. Or, 2. when you go down into the transit station fire a single round at the stairs that go up to San Cristobal. This has the effect of making the humans afraid to come down and you then have the transit station to yourself. Enjoy.
This is a true horror, with awesome music and scenes from the first film. It is epic. It is brilliant. It is a masterpiece! I would play this game and then I had to stop and make a break because my hands were shaking so badly, I couldn't hold the controller. I had such adrenalin rushes, I can't even imagine playing it in VR. For the people who are complaining about the game. ...they were probably killed to many times by a xenomorph, I don't know. But this game is just awesome
I wanted to play and stream myself playing this game but im too scared lol. 9000 points to you good sir. im treating your 10hr video as a movie instead.
Thank you for uploading this, I did not think I was that fainthearted but I feel this is much easier to watch than sitting in a closet for a hour to walk =P
This is hands down, the most frustrating game I have ever played. I went from Normal, to easy, to Novice. I never ever throw my controller or lose my temper. This game is frustrating beyond belief. Even on Novice I still get killed at every turn. Hats off to the hardest game ever made.
At 49:50, Axel gets the elevator. A brief warning about restoring power pops up and goes away and the elevator arrives. All the walkthroughs I've looked at seem to do the same. But when I get there, the "Restore Power" doesn't go away. Anybody know where the power restore for the elevator is located? (Playing on a PC if that matters)
Thanks for this! Was hoping BlastphamousHD would do a playthrough as that would be hilarious :) but as I've just started playing this game and no-comm walkthrough is prob better if I get stuck. :)

Saw is a good game to play loads of stuff to make you jump out of you skin and scary the s**t out of you
Dead space is quite freaky as well
@@simonsaysdie3155 Dead Space and Prey and SOMA. Those are my favourite sci-fi horror games

When I was a kid, I pronounced it “see-fee”. I just didn’t know how to say it back then, I guess.

my black cat always tries to jump off my lap XD
Or when your black cat is right behind you in the dark and rubs up against your neck just before the jump scares play
Luke Allan that’s oddly specific
@deviled_eggs lol, guess you are talking about yourself huh?
How does this guy know exactly what to do from start to finish without dying? - its so dark in that goddamn space station.
Maia Valenzuela I died an ass load. I just tried to edit all those deaths out so you wouldn't see me get mauled by the Xeno every 10 minutes.

this is truly a great game man, thanks for doing very long video

There's no real challenge in games anymore, regarding your typical single-player campaign [excepting this one of course]. One of the main criticisms of this game is that it's "too long" or not "paced very well" - legitimate criticisms for a movie, but a game? seriously? Is this what we now expect? For our games to be paced like a good Hollywood movie, but with some illusion of interactivity?
Why should a well directed movie be compared to some idiot hiding in a locker for 2 hours out of their own choice? [I have completed this game on Hard in less than 10 hours (15 hours less than my first go!) - it's a poor strategy anyway]
People have come to expect the illusion of meeting a challenge within a certain timeframe - a kind of interactive cinema. They've forgotten that the best games are simulators of fantastic virtual realities. Not "well-paced" cinematic experiences.
This game simply says - "here's an environment - we're putting you in it. Now deal with it! - 'Alien Survival Simulator 2014'"
I think that's very admirable - when they could have laid an easy, beautifully rendered and "paced" path with cutscenes along the way (a bit like the mid-game flashback - but for the whole game).
Jama Guile
Far Cry 3 - I beat that on their highest difficulty (the one they patched on), turning as much of the HUD off as possible and never using the stupid X-Ray binoculars.
[Every video of Evil Within I've seen is the same set-pieces over and over again]
By "REAL challenge" I mean something other than learning set-routines by rote, or looking up where the best weapon caches are hidden before mowing down the enemy.
(oh the difficulty, too much)
that was sarcasm if you were too dumb to notice.
Imagine if the alien could smell....we'd be 100% fucked
Uhh I think it does smell. You can hear it sniffing all the time.
Sevastopol station.
One the one hand there's low rent, on the other you'll wonder where most of your friends went.
Thank you, for almost a good 11 hours of just the game, with no comments. These walkthroughs are great to kill some time, and thrilling to watch, and makes me know what games ill truly want to play. Ripley, believe it or not was a good character, hehe XD
"Hold LT to hold breath
Hold LS to lean back"
Would be nice if this game came with instructions.
2020 gang
The first time it does tell you lol
I thought I would become desensitised after a while of playing this, reminiscent to dead space at the time, the fear factor wore off later on in the game. But this game, for me the whole sneaking around just keeps you on edge the whole time, filled with panic when spotted and the sense you are powerless, splurging map menu like a freaked out mess, looking for any means of escape or somewhere to hide. the fear is real in this game.
lol i hate to be scared in a game it just affects my playing and i get stucked in the fuggin mission
@Dust "splurging map menu like a freaked out mess" LMAO that's me.
This game is the gold standard for keeping faithful to the theme and art style of a sci-fi movie several decades after it was made.
The Alien franchise is a masterpiece. I loved the intro, it was just amazing, really paying respect to the original film.
I know how to look left and right steadily and cautiously; not throw my head around like, "WTF, WTF, WTF!!!" This walk through, like you say, is good enough though.
people are just like WHAT THE FUCK
i feel like if i was ripley i would get murdered by a alien because he would have heard me sneeze
oh no imagin having a urge to sneeze feels bad
the alien is called a xenomorph and it is a she not he they are gender specific, and did you kniw that the female lions did all of the hunting not the males kinda like with xenomorphs
Spigohlie 1 cool story bro
Spigohlie 1 male lions do hunt but they only hunt alone and lioness’s hunt in prides
@@nathanshortlifts If you noticed the only female xenomorph is the queen. The xenomorphs behave like insects/bugs. There are female xenomorphs but the most common xenomorphs are the ones shown in the game, which are male
A very VERY underrated game
Math M what does that even mean? No really what does it mean
Ruby Gloom It means that it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves.
Fantastic walk through video. Thank you for uploading it as one large video. I hate going through millions of small chapters.
Read my tips above second post
I do not know haw far you are in this game This game has a twist in it.
Saving your game is crucial, though if you save while the alien is around than
she can kill you while you are saving.
4:04:57 What the hell, the guy just disappeared into the wall!
I literally got stuck and couldn't figure out what to do less than 25 minutes into the game. I'm ashamed of myself
Sane though...
I like that they had William Hope (that played the incompetent LT in Aliens) as Watts.
WOW,ty so much for posting all this without commentary which ruins experience!ty so much :)
Even just watching this playthrough has me on edge. Great game.
This game is shit, all it has going for itself is having "A Good Atmosphere"
Awesomedude how is that
Yeah they royally fucked up with colonial marines, very disappointing.
Thanks for this. I got stuck on the reactor core with all them androids coming at me. Never knew combining bolt gun with revolver would be so effective.
Damn this game is huge. I keep thinking I must be at the end now... nope!
One of best Games ever made........
One of the Best Survival Horror Game ever made, surpassed by only Resident Evil 2
No it's not
@@christianchappell4193 its your opinion m8
@@christianchappell4193 yes it is. It's not an option, it's a fact, this game is very well made.
Marcinex not necessarily, some sequels see pretty good if not rushed, like Skyrim, mw2, there are so many
Every game doesn't need a sequel
There will be no sequel. Fox said so.
Great walkthrough. It helped me a lot. A truly scary suspensful game. One word of advice...use more light. There were times I was stuck and I went to the walkthrough but you play so dark I couldn't see things. Thanks again!
Jesus man, props for the full game upload in 1080p
Too many times were you looking one way and assuming it was safe and I was sitting here like, "Wait what are you doing!?"
Also, when you're reading reports (if you were indeed reading them) slow it down a bit. I actually like seeing what was in those reports.
Lastly, be steady when turning your head. There were things that was happening and you were avoiding them (I wanted to see). It's what makes the scene. Anyways thanks. Pretty good gameplay.
"C" average
One Xeno started all this shit. It would be funny to see a Chestburster try and get through Wolverine's chest and die from severe brain damage.
I'm not surprised that professional gamers noted it 10/10
This video must have been a bitch to upload, 10 hours, 40 minutes and 1080p!?!
too bad its not in 4k
Thanks, I'd been stuck at the 29:00 mark for ages, didn't notice that hatch!
An absolute masterpiece of a game, hands down one of the best horror games ever made out there
Do all Xenomorphs like being in vents or just the most intelligent Xenomorphs? This one, whom I will call Alex, and specimen six, named "Six" are the two most intelligent/cautious Xenomorphs I have seen and heard about, and they both really love vents
i watched the whole thing. I didn't want to waste time playing it, but rather watch it as a movie. The hiding was rather disapointing, she makes lots of noise and is moving almost right in front of enemies and yet barely any of them spot her. But.. regarding the ending.. What the hell was that??! :(
Wait...so did you like the game or hate the game
This is probably the best game I’ve ever played and I look forward to a sequel. How they haven’t picked this story up for a film I will never know.
Best way to play.....all gamers never say a word when playing games so stop hating people you all play games quite
Honestly you did an amazing job in the video, letting everyone read everything. Really helped me learn the game
I hated that ending but it's a great game tho
it's what happens when they ran out of time and force rush out a game...
True that
why hate the ending? it will be a part 2 we all know she lives anyways if you watched the movies
Dalton Anderson Cliffhanger
Crown Royal Anime Reviews ahm..........when in the movies do you see Ellen Ripleys daugther I cant remember it
I started this game today and went for 4 damn hours straight it's wonderful I absolutely love this game
its taken me 10 hours to reach his 5 hour mark
I really glad you don´t added comments, jesus I fucking tired about annoying shitty youtubers yelling in the gameplays.
Thanks man.
gotta give u a thumbs up for this - 10hrs in one vid with no talking - thats kinda epic
Good job. Thanks for this. :)
1:03:52 is the scariest part of the effin game xD the tension is insane, I'm revisiting this game tonight to play again but this time on PC (feel like its 10x scarier on PC than console lol ) using your walkthrough in case i run into a snag, or fear quit and watch you do it instead🤣
This is probably pound for pound the greatest game ever made. The only thing that let it down was the ending.
This person is a true Alien fan.
They understand that that atmosphere is the most important thing to this series.
Well done.
Thank you for this video. But it is very frustrating to watch you play because you don't directly see things that are obvious and you have no sense of direction :)
Jebus, the whole game in one video. I applaud to you, man.
For some reason (probably good reason) I am getting an insane Doom 3 deja vu. I suddenly have an urge to hold a shotgun and shot demons.
Its a scary game no doubt! Prometheus should have looked and felt like this!
This is way better than that pos nukemdukem he is a terrible lets player.
I worked for him. Got him 20K subscribers for a GTA 5 Walkthrough. Fun fact: he payed me less than what he said, ended our partnership (after uploading some Lego marvel videos and telling me to play the game twice) when he got some strikes, and never spoke with me again. Nice guy.
sounds like most of the human race.
Even i 2018 i do not understand outlets that gave this game average or low reviews. This game is the best Alien game ever, better than some of the movies and a fantastic horror game in its own right. Simply a classic.
" Why not ask me about Sevastopol safety protocols?"
Just got it on steam for Php 50, roughly around $0.99. Going to play this in Isolation
It just has to be done right.
carbunch the voice acting on the expendable DLC was good
No commentary is whag I wanted. Thanks guy.
Only the intro sequence alone, until you crash into the Sevastopol, is superior to any other alien game.
And the game MENU before starting is superior to the whole Colonial Marines game..
Love Alien and predator games and walk-through gameplay thank u for posting these
Is this being played on Xbox 360, Xbox One or PC with Xbox controller ?
he or she is playing on xbox one theres a distinction between the buttons..
@@giovannikrushnicov2041 thanks for knowing that. most people dont

Thanks for playing games without commenting it!

Alien 2: "oh shit, get the kids, we need to get out of her-"
Alien 1: "bob? BOB? WAKE UP! OH SHI-"
alien 3: "i'm back from Panda express...wait, where is everyone?"
Alien 2: "RUN YOU SON OF A BIT-"
(BOOM!)
RIP aliens
There are many walk through that one can use on this site than make your own. I have played though this game twice so far.
there is an issue with the medical bay mission. when you come back with you need and talk the the guy behind the glass. he says sorry to put you through that. There is no way the alien can get into that room he came from there are no vents above and no door. Check this out by squatting down and looking up at the ceiling plus there is no door behind him on to the left of him.
Tips for new players
*Running after you see the alien is not advised.
Pipe bomb repells the alien and sometimes kills the androids too.
Enjoy.
Thx for recording all 10 and a half hours of the game!! I just got the game, this is helping me a lot!
One of the smoothest walk throughs i ever saw. thanks for upload.
It took me a couple sit downs but I made it all the way. I will say that watching this game is more enjoyable than if I played it. Thank you
This has got to be one of the hardest games I have played, damn alien is everywhere!!!!!
I actually died the first four times due to my carelessness and lack of stealth. The alien always finds a way to get you!
I’ll watch this during the drive to a vacation or something... I don’t have 10 hours to watch a video everyday.
im just downloading non commentary videos of my favourite games and putting them on a storage drive so i can watch them on my tv lol

This is hands down, the most frustrating game I have ever played. I went from Normal, to easy, to Novice. I never ever throw my controller or lose my temper. This game is frustrating beyond belief. Even on Novice I still get killed at every turn. Hats off to the hardest game ever made.
Does this has the DLC tripulation expandable (from the first movie)?
At 49:50, Axel gets the elevator. A brief warning about restoring power pops up and goes away and the elevator arrives. All the walkthroughs I've looked at seem to do the same. But when I get there, the "Restore Power" doesn't go away. Anybody know where the power restore for the elevator is located? (Playing on a PC if that matters)
No deaths? Gotta admit I'm impressed
No deaths as well?
FINALLY!!!!! a game thru with no god damn annoying commentary! just a game threw that peaceful to watch.
Good job, that was fun to watch. Don't think I have the courage to play these games myself lol.
Thank you for doing this vid without the commentary. I got stuck last night after these humans killed me for no good damn reason.
Very nice video. Like watching a movie. Thanks for the upload
Great vid, I always refer to this when things get sticky. This game scares the living shit out of me yet at the same time I have to keep playing.
