Well done video. I now have the confidence to put this beast together. Thanks for posting>
Thanks and good luck!
That thing is a work of art!
Excellent video, thanks for taking the time to do this!
Thanks!
Really appreciate this video. Thank you. I'll be ordering mine shortly and this made it seemless.
Thanks for the kind words!
Thanks man. Excellent video
I'm not sure I would describe that as assembly. Looks more like manufacturing. 2 days... man, I think I'll get the Trinity or a Harbor Freight box. Thanks for the video!
I cannot get the 6 screw holes on the wood bench top line up? They are about 3/8 of an inch off? Should I just Hone the holes to give me enough slop to get them to be able to get the bolts in or could I have the wrong bench top?
Very clear video; thanks.
Thank you!
How possible would it be to change the door / drawer faces to wood (instead of using the metallic faces that come with it)? These storage cabinets look very functional, so I've considered getting some for a home office - but the shiny metallic drawer faces might look ridiculous in that context.
How do you adjust the height of the drawers to change the gap? The instructions aren’t clear with that.
How deep are those top drawers? I'm sorry if I missed that in the video.
Great video 👍🏼
Thank you!
Great video. I'm looking at the same unit at Sam's Club and it's available in red. But, I am only 5'4" and the height is advertised at 37" tall - is that correct? And, I have thought that I could put smaller urethane casters on it to make it shorter. So, could you tell me how tall is it from the top of the table to the bottom where the casters attach? Thanks, Charlie in Central Ohio?
Hey thanks Charlie! I just measured - You're looking at 31.5" without the casters and 37.5" with the casters.
@@applisense , thanks for your quick reply. I'm still on the fence with this unit. The Sam's Club price is $479 with free shipping, but it's about double the length I need. I have a Omtech Polar laser cutter coming in April and need to get a cart/table ready for it.
Hi there! I've been using this for over a year in my infusion business and the screws seem to be coming loose with so much use. I didn't put it together. The drawers are getting wonky, so I was just going to try to tighten what I could get to. Do you know if the drawers come out so I can tighten behind? What do you think? Thank you!!
No I haven't experienced any issues yet. But then again i'm probably not getting as much milage out of it as you have.
Great video. How is it hokding up?
Thank you, so far so good.
What are the dimensions of the unit ? L W H
It says it on the box. 77 x 20 x 37.5
That's too much effort for the money. I just bought the cart to mount a grain mill with a motor to. Was hoping to garner some heads up. Should be simple stupid compared to this. Glad I went to Harbor Freight and bought a 72 in. US General instead of one of these adult erector set boxes! I hope you got a good deal on that thing!
I agree. I bought one not knowing it comes in pieces. What a PITA. What sold it for me was seeing one in person and free delivery from Sam's Club. It was annoying as hell to put together, they have screws in places that are nearly impossible to properly tighten. It comes in two boxes, which equal lots of cardboard, plastic wrapping and styrofoam. I HATE STYROFOAM!!!
