Hello, In order to become a nurse in Canada, you need to have IELTS AC with L7, R6.5,W6.5 and S7. But for some provinces, you don't need to take any English test at all, depending upon your case.

Once you met English requirements only then you will get referral to write ncas rn cba and sla. There isn't OA anymore

Yes That's correct as the schedule is limited. I would suggest to plan your CBA based on SLA as they are good if they are closer to each other
