Hi brother Terrell ! 😁 Hope you and Kashara are doing great. I was watching some of your "shorts" and your positivity and words of encouragement fill my heart with happiness and thankfulness. Thank You for your wonderful messages ! 😃
I'm not a really religious man but I love watching and listening to you. Just hearing your love for the lord and the land lifts spirits 🙏! Thank you brother.
Wow those beavers sure keep you busy on top of all the work you do in the various tractors, yard work, etc.. Amazing, thank you for another awesome video :) God Bless Ya!!
Son you show a lot of strength more than most DOY dam removal folks. Especially with a fiberglass potato rake without a cross handle. Well done young man. I'll keep looking for your next video.
Thanks Terrell for an enjoyable video. Be careful with those waders, they can pull you under. Please wear gloves and watch your back when you reach and pull with the potato rake.
I admire your work. Your only advantage is you can tear the dams down faster than the beavers can build them. The beaver's advantage is they have all night, every night to rebuild them.
You be careful Terrell If a beaver comes towards you hit him with your potato rake some carry rabies So watch out for them I sure enjoy your channel bless you always brother
Is this a re-post of an old video? It's out of context from what we have seen lately and as there is no introduction in the video or any text to go with the video, I think it's an old one. Your cloths are a give away as well I think, as it's not that cold by now to wear such cloths. Still a great video though.
No gloves, the old tater rake, looks like winter of 2020 or more like 2019; where the heck is so steep a bank in beaver dam creek 1 to 6? I see what looks like a field up top, where the heck are you? That looks like PA and not NC, you invading my home State Terrell? LOL
Hopefully you don’t fall, but being in precarious footing, I’d make sure I have nothing in my pockets that could get lost or damaged if you fell into the water. Knocked that damn out pretty quickly!
Look no gloves in use and doing some clearing done. I do like a topless clear out and no trees around you and very little growth. Omg that was a quick one
Hey, that worked really well, posting a clip, eh? That's good info! As a suggestion, you might want to consider posting a link to the full video in the description?
Make the job easier keep removing material to make the cut deeper not wider. The more material you pull out of the downstream side, of the dam weakens the dam gets. Lets the water wash the sticks and mud away. Pulling out that long log made the water wash out a lot of sticks and mud.
using chest waders in slow moving water is OK,,but not in deep fast moving water. If you fall in with them on,,they can drown you. Unless you can get them off easily? Can you??
You know it's illegal to remove beaver dams except at culverts and bridges where publics safety could be at risk due to flooding. At least in the northeast it is
@@TerrellSpivey thanks for the reply wasn't sure where you were at. Just keep in mind you can do the dams but never the beaver lodge. If that's required to restore water flow you have to contact NCWRC first.
You did a great job of removing this dam. But I hope you were alleviating a problem and not just destroying a beaver dam. It might be helpful to discuss the problem created first.

We need more people with your kind of attitude. Always enthusiastic and always having fun. And such a positive attitude.
Have you ever come across an angry beaver while removing a dam?
Thanks for the enrichment to start my day!!

I Love watching these over again. Thank You 💗

After moving that large log you can see all the sediment really flowing from the water flow. Great work as always.
For the day?!?! Moving that water-logged tree would be my workout for the next 7 months! Great job.
Had abdominal surgery last Fri and you hurt me because you made me laugh out loud pulling up that tree. 🤣
You obviously have The Power of the Lord in your Beaver Dam Breaking...Keep up the Good Work in All Your Endevors and Stay Safe...
