  • Live webinar hosted 9/30/2020 on laser cutting using compressed air with exclusive Highspeed and Highspeed Eco technology. Not only do these technologies combine to increase cut speed dramatically, they reduce the required pressure of compressed air down to levels available by most shop air systems.

    Hello
, very good and informative webinar. Do you have laser machines for smaller or lighter applications

Very informative webinar. In this webinar standard nozzles are compared to high speed nozzles. However there are also "performance" nozzles. Also claiming increased speed. Is there a comparison chart where all nozzle's are listed and compared to gas consumption and most important: cutting speed? Can highspeed nozzle's be used in fly-line operation?

The increased cut speed with compressed air is due to the oxygen content in the air. The blue surface however I believe can cause problems with rust and welding of the stainless material. Because the surface has a slight contamination due to the reaction with oxygen. Many years ago I participatet in experimenting with adding hydrogen to the nitrogen. This increased cutting speed substancially but was difficult to control in mixing the two gases. The hydrogen that escaped the mix caused flames and minor bursts. So we had to give it up on the machines we used. Will it be possible to do it to day?

Je travail sur un 3030 (L20) qui à 6 ans, c'est impressionnant la vitesse de coupe et la qualité et les innovation ! Bravo Trumpf je suis fière de travailler sur une machine aussi qualitative !
