Although I believe that there should be few fundamental rules for Judicial Activism:
1. The judiciary should be independent
2. The judiciary should appear to be independent as well.
3. Internal function should be transparent and should be subjected to scrutiny by people
4. Judiciary should be able to reform itself as the necessity of time by setting precedent.
5. Capacity building of Judiciary and lawyer fraternity on a regular basis.
