Liked your video. I've done mine twice. Several things I've done. No need to jack it up, just turn the wheel right. I modified where the skirt attaches by enlarging the holes and installing rivnuts with stainless steel screws. Faster to remove. Also no need to remove all 4 bolts holding the skid plate. Just the front 2 and loosen the back 2 to slip it out.
