The problem is not that they 'delayed' anything Its that they put things in the game and other people leaked it. Theyve done nothing but fine tune and tweak problems since its release If they had this many things to fix, you can only imagine how much worse it wouldve been with adding more stuff

I think it's their plan to release a large new content drop ie. new biomes/creatures/tools etc. when every new season of fortnite starts. It hasn't been delayed but I think the expectations the leakers gave us led us to feel disappointed for sure. They're literally building the game in front of us. 2 years from now it will look vastly different than today just like regular BR. And those who stay stay, but those who start off fresh will have way more content to get through than when we did
