I emailed the gals at Cactus Club a few months back about the grafted crested cacti on that table. I ended up getting one from Etsy that I love, but! They responded the same day saying they had seen them before and would look for them, and true to their word, there they are!🥰🌵 They look amazing!!🥰🥰

I started to pass this video by, since there’s not a Cactus Club near me. I’m so glad I didn’t! I now have new plants on my wish list. I definitely want the monstera esqueleto ❤. BTW, my Home Depot (just across the border from you, in Maryville, TN) has beautiful, quart sized, two-tone, large, red Rex Begonias in their annuals section for $7.98. Called Rex Begonia, Begonia X Rex-Cultorum, DIBS ‘Rothko.’ Grown from Metrolina Greenhouses, Huntersville, NC. 😂
Hi Ashley, love this video and love Cactus Club as well! I picked up five Hoyas from Cactus Club in early January and they are all doing well. Ivy was a big help and the prices were very reasonable. Love every plant in your plant haul!🥰. It would be hard for me to pick a favorite from this haul but I must say the blue oil fern is both beautiful and somewhat quirky looking. You might say, right up my alley. 😊. Very happy for you ! 👌🪴🥰

I have a pretty big hoya obsession going on, so I would have been going a little crazy in there with all of those cool ones! I don't personally love sunstressing hoyas. I know that's a big thing for hoya growers, but it's just not my preference. I love my Hoya Fitchii, but since it hasn't been blasted with light like the one at Cactus Club, mine actually has dark green leaves with really pretty lighter veining. I'm glad that you got the Hoya Mathilde Splash! I was lucky enough to come across a really big one in a local nursery and it's one of my favorites. Again, I don't blast it with light, so its leaves are dark green which really makes the contrast of the silver splashing so beautiful. Really happy for you that you scored the . astrophytum! She's a beauty!!!

I love that Euphorbia!!! My top wishlist plant at the moment is an Anthurium clarinervium. I'm not sure when I'll be fortunate enough to get one, but I'm on the hunt.

Plants are officially named in Latin. Crassi means thick, so a Hoya with thick petioles. What you are referring to is the ending (suffix) -tion, as in combination, adoption, etc.

Their blue oil ferns honestly look a little discolored, maybe a little nutrient deficient or something. I have four and haven't seen such pale leaves. What I've seen with mine over the years is the new leaves come in kind of a dark lime and slowly turn a darker forest green, and as they get older and mature even more they turn blue and more and more metallic. I have mine in chunky soil and self-watering. They can tolerate drought, but don't really like it. Eventually their leaves will start crisping and falling off if you let them dry out too many times. I keep them in regular room conditions otherwise. They're really lovely and unique plants.

You could email The Cactus Club and ask. Ivy told me in the past if there were plants that I wanted, she would check when she went to Florida. I think she keeps a list. If that plant is requested enough, she probably will restock it.
