  • NOTE: In the section on the valve cover nuts the factory torque value is 8nm/6ftlb. I reversed them in the video commentary and needed to edit it out. Thanks to

    This video is part 2 of my epic series in my journey doing my own oil change and valve adjustment. Here's a stab at my experience doing it. The last valve adjustment I did I used a combo of the Rennline valve adjustment tool and feeler gauges. This time I did it differently.

    Hi love the video, but FYI, your mistaken on your torque comment regarding the touque on the cam covers. You say 6Nm is 8Ft lbs it's the exact opposite. So if spec is 6Nm then it's like 4.4 ft lbs.
    I like you like to torque things correctly.

      Thanks for the catch. I got it reversed. Book says 8nm/6ftlb.
