I will wait till you guys announced sandbag program but I will working out on sandbag till you guys announce program. Don’t want to be waiting and then buying a sandbag lol I rather train now and then when time comes for announcement I be already proficient in mechanics on sandbags
Thanks for the cool talk! I got an 80 kg bag for free and it's kicking my ass! There are some good sandbag related channels here on youtube, and the sandbag training community on reddit is nice. Do you know anywhere else to discuss about sandbag training? Sounded like you had a discussion group somewhere but I didn't find a link to it.
Good stuff as always guys. Recently tried to use atlas stones for the same reason. Going to try sandbags next. What's your thoughts on a hussefell bag?
I call sandbag training..big boy play time Fun, and taxing af. Significantly more fluid strength through deep range of mobility ..with a dash of balance and control …good time
I try to get a work out incorporated in my day to day work. I feel like the tradies have a different strength throwing stuff around. I have a couple of videos on my channel have a look if you’ve got time. Would you do a conditioning podcast aimed at bricklayers, ground workers, roofers etc? Feel like it’s ignored in the trades.
Hey guys thanks for your podcast. I love your videos and support for the bjj community. I’m starting your app this week but wanted thoughts on what program you’d recommend to start with. Thanks again
I lean this direction. They alluded to some similar ideas towards the end of the podcast but I think the ideal setup would be build strength and muscle with a barbell, use sandbags to make that strength base translate to the mats better
Sandbag training is a definite game changer.
It is the most pofient and the most difficult, which in my opinion makes it superior.
Great video.
Sandbagging vid drops at the same time Mighty Mouse wins Worlds Masters 2 at brown belt. Appropriate!
I came to the comments section looking for this exact comment.
Im so happy that sandbags are getting more popular ive been preaching the potency of these things for years.
I'm absolutely obsessed with heavy sandbags, I still do other things to try to be well-rounded but they're just so much goddamn fun to lift

Good one as usual, guys. I can hardly wait for this program! Do either of you have any experience with the Bulgarian bag?
I'm not currently on any of the bulletproof programs. I'd buy the sandbag program though

Yeah sandbag walks tax the body. I very good for grapplers

It's all about context.
