Awesome ! Very Helpful!!
you're welcome David
what if the propellers got stack?
Hi “WATERLEC” from ZEP can’t be found in USA. Is there something else?
Hi, something like Q20 ? a lubricant that suppresses water and moisture from electrical appliances. we do not know the similar products sold in the USA but it is certain that it must exist
Hi, it says not to get water in battery terminals. But I see you washing everything
Hi Alek, fresh water to clean it is ok. what is very bad for the battery is the salt water.
@@subluefrance ok. I just bought one
How often do you have to rinse it?
Should it be after use, by the end of the day, or when the while vacation is over?
Ideally, the scooter should be rinsed in fresh water after each use. For winter, take the propellers out of the scooter and winterize them in a dry place.
What about the trigger switches?
What do you do when the battery thing won’t open?
Either force with a thin blade on the hook (between the cover and the scooter), or with a sharp blow on the cover in the extraction direction, you probably have both battery clips broken, so the battery is not fixed in the best way. this forces on the battery cover.
i cannot get the propeller covers opened
Hi Frost, maybe you need to clean it with fresh water and force more. if you cannot removed the cover, take back to your dealer and he can do it for you ? sorry to cannot help you more.
The battery can be completely submerged while not connected to the scooter?
just for cleaning, yes
No it will shortcut
How often does this type of maintenance recommended?
ideally, after each use at sea. To remove the salt before it crystallizes... take the propellers and leave them in a glass of water at night. Before putting them back, a little bit of lubricant and it will be perfect.
poseidon yachting Thank you.
@@Revigorate-home You're Welcome
In the video i can see you are washing the actual battery (and also have it submerged in water) and you have the battery cap off exposing the empty battery compartment when rinsing it ….. but inside the battery compartment it actually says not to be exposed so i’m a bit confused? I take it everything can be submerged with the battery removed as shown in the video ??
Why does the music have to be so obnoxious 🤦🏻♂️
Wtf, never touch the battery with water !!!
it's not a problem. you don't have to do it all the time but to rinse it well, it's necessary.
