Get Illustrator, learn the basic tools. Watch how to videos of people creating things. Reiterate 100 times for different projects. You're 50% in.

karthick krishnamoorthy sure, we basically make 2 circle, to make a bigger circle, I joined two circles with line tool and with shape builder tool, I haf already made a copy and hid one circle for later use. Hope that helps
