  • START
    Supine position on the floor with hips flexed at 90 degrees and knees fully extended
    Lower legs to the floor as much as possible while avoiding any lumbar hyperextension
    Hold kettlebell directly in front of chest with arms extended
    EXECUTE
    Bring the kettlebell overhead until you are about 1 inch away from touching the floor, or as much as is allowed without any lumbar hyperextension
    Simultaneously lower one leg while bringing kettlebell overhead
    Bring the kettlebell and leg back to the starting position, keeping the elbows fully extended at all times
    Repeat for the prescribed amount of reps while alternating legs
    FOCUS
    Keep the knees as extended as possible
    Avoid any lumbar hyperextension
    Keep elbows extended at all times
    Control the movement of the kettlebell throughout the entire range of motion

    Core strength
    Core stability
    Lower body stability
