There is a big bouncy fireball in the phases where you kill adds, which oneshots, also stuff seems to have more hp and do more damage. Other than that it's not really that different.

Also on the last phase Qadim gains 2 Stacks of his damaging Buff per platform which can be considered a soft enrage
